At Virgoism, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Please carefully review our return and exchange policies to ensure a seamless process.

General Guidelines

1. Return Window: You may initiate a return within 48 hours of product delivery.
2. Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a credit note will be issued, which you can use for future purchases on our website at any time.
3. Order Cancellations: Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel a non-prepaid order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@virgoism.com or calling +91-9602711119.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, with your order number and details.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Non-Returnable Items: Items bought on sale, at a discount, using a coupon or gift voucher, or any “Made to Order” products, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your size and preferences for these items.
• Returnable Items: If your product is eligible for exchange due to size issues or manufacturing defects, reach out to us at support@virgoism.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes: In cases where the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be emailed to you.

How to Return an Item

1. Eligible Returns: Ensure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags and labels intact and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipment: Customers are responsible for return shipping, which is non-refundable. Please send the product to the following address with your name, order ID, and desired exchange size:

3. Exchange Limit: Exchanges are limited to once per order.

Why an Exchange May Not Be Accepted

• Non-Acceptable Exchanges: Exchanges will not be accepted if the product is washed, worn, or if the customer dislikes the color, material, or finish. Please review the product description and images carefully before purchase.
• Color Variation: Please note that color differences of 10-12% may occur due to screen resolution and lighting. We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but monitor settings may affect color perception.
