The orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:
We only exchange products if they are defective damaged or lost in transit or Size Issues. You may exchange your product within 2 days of delivery. In circumstances of exchange goods are returned in a reasonable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt.
REFUND:
Full refunds are possible only if you received a defective/damaged item and you placed a request for refund in between 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Your refund will go to be credit in your Virgoism Account Wallet within 24-48 hours.
