What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping for all orders within India is Free. COD charges may apply for certain products.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines.
Our general delivery time frame for regular products is 7-10 business days. You will receive your order within this time frame. You will be notified through a text message as soon as we ship your order from our end along with all the tracking details!

If you order a personalized product, the time it takes to deliver can change depending on how customized you want it. It'll usually take between 15 to 20 business days at most.
If you've made a purchase with multiple items, please be aware that your order may be delivered in separate shipments. While we provide estimated delivery times, there may be instances of unforeseen delays beyond our control. Rest assured, we will keep you updated in the event of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your products within the estimated timeframe. If, however, your package hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date, kindly reach out to us at +91-9602711119 or via email at support@virgoism.com. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and resolving them to the best of our ability.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Once your order ships, an email containing the tracking number and the courier company information will be sent to you. You can check the status of your package 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.

CANCELLATION

A credit note will be issued for any cancellation initiated by the customer.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Virgoism and accept Virgoism’s decision regarding the cancellation.

CANCELLATION BY VIRGOISM

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

COURIER

  • Delivery takes 7-10 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  • Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
  • Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
  • The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door (as instructed by the courier company)
  • If no one is at home/office to receive it, redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's the customer's duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of an order along with its location.

MAILING HOURS

Your orders will only be processed and packed during operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.00am to 6.00pm, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
